Concrete & Flat Roofs
Torch-on is a prefabricated modified bitumen membrane that consists of distilled bitumen and Atactic Polypropylene (APP), reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric and fiber glass mat. The Torch-on compound offers good ageing properties, flexibility, durability and elasticity
Valley Gutters
The biggest problem we get with valley gutters is the fact that they block up due to hail, leaves and bird droppings, with this in mind the gutter part ( of Valley Gutter) does not function as a free flowing water system but a clogging system and water pushes into the roof through the under flashing or the tile overlaps.
Epoxy Systems
Our box gutter application consists of the same application and product as per our Concrete / Flat Roof system.
Over and above that, we also provide an additional system which is called a Cut & Dress. Where we cut the metal sheets or tiles back and with our liquid systems dress from the roof into the box gutter.
Tile & Metal Roofs

Cementious System
Cement base systems is a synthetic latex additive for cement and mortar mixtures.
