Valley Gutters

The biggest problem we get with valley gutters is the fact that they block up due to hail, leaves and bird droppings, with this in mind the gutter part ( of Valley Gutter) does not function as a free flowing water system but a clogging system and water pushes into the roof through the under flashing or the tile overlaps.

Our unique waterproofing system creates a free flowing gutter and in the event of a blockage the water will flow around the obstruction, over the tiles and down the valley gutter.

Our application consists of :

– Move tiles into original position.

– Cut Valley Gutter open to create a gap of +/- 100 mm.

– Apply our liquid waterproofing system and dress from tiles into Valley Gutter.

– Apply a top coat to make waterproofing system UV stable.
